Welcome to Private Whitelist System (PWS). By accessing or using our website, APIs, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

PWS provides authentication, license verification, and whitelist management for digital products and Roblox experiences. Users may link their Discord and/or Roblox accounts via OAuth 2.0 to verify identity and access purchased content.

3. Account Linking & Access

• When you authenticate with Discord or Roblox, we receive limited public profile information (e.g., user ID, username, and avatar URL where available).
• This data is used to verify your identity, manage access to purchased products, and display profile information on your dashboard.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and devices.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unauthorized access, scanning, or probing of the Service or databases.
• No resale, sharing, or redistribution of licenses or protected files.
• Comply with all applicable laws and third‑party terms (Discord/Roblox).

5. Intellectual Property

All PWS software, content, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or abuse of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. PWS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss, downtime, or loss of profits.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
